◎ EPSO numerical & abstract reasoning

There aren't a hundred maths rules to revise.
There are 8.

What the analysis revealed

8 rules. Not a hundred.

Grinding through as many exercises as possible is the most common strategy — and the least effective. Put every question through the sieve and two things come out: the calculation being asked for always comes from the same eight rules, and every question hides a trap that has a name. That is the whole training — knowing which of the eight to apply, and seeing the trap before you fall into it.

📐

The 8 rules that keep coming back

Ratios and cross-multiplication, estimation, compound percentages… An AI analysis of every question keeps surfacing the same ones. You train on those until they're reflexes, instead of piling up random exercises.

🔍

The real test: sorting the information

The examiners aren't trying to find out whether you can divide. They bury the useful figure among columns that serve no purpose. Every question trains you to spot what counts before you write down a single calculation.

⚠️

Every trap, named

I catalogued the mistakes that keep recurring and the signal that announces each one in the question. A trap with a name is a trap you see coming instead of falling into.

Free guides

Start with the two test guides — no payment, no email

Full breakdowns of both tests, with worked practice questions. They are the honest way to find out whether the method suits you before you spend anything.

The programme

Two phases, six weeks, one session a day

Each week opens with a theory sheet, then five days of practice on that exact point. Nothing is unlocked in advance: you actually move forward.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1 to 4

Theory & practice

No timer. Build the method before building the speed.

  • 1 Ratios & cross-multiplication
  • 2 Estimation & compound percentages
  • 3 Abstract: movement & rotation
  • 4 Abstract: colour & superimposition
Phase 2 · Weeks 5 to 6

Timed training

Real conditions. The clock runs, exactly as on the day.

  • 5 Timed: numerical & abstract mixed
  • 6 Full mock exam

What you get

Everything you need, nothing to install

It opens in the browser, on a laptop or a phone.

📐

Step-by-step corrections

Every question is broken down move by move — not just "the answer is B", but the route to it.

💬

A built-in tutor

Stuck on a correction? Ask inside the app and get an explanation of that specific exercise.

📊

Your progress, kept

Success rate overall and per week. You see in black and white what is improving and what still isn't.

🔥

Daily streak

One session a day, a streak that climbs. It's a simple trick, and it's exactly what carries you through six weeks.

📚

Theory sheets

The rules, the formulas and the classic traps, available at any time — not only on the day they come up.

⏱️

Timed mode

From week 5, a timer set to the real pace of the exam, numerical and abstract separately.

Before you buy — one thing to know

The programme content is currently written in French: question wording, corrections, theory sheets and tutor. The methods apply to every language version of the competition, but you need to read French comfortably to use it today. An English edition is in preparation.

Questions

What people ask most

What exactly do I get for €20?

A web application containing a 6-week programme: 30 daily sessions, 186 EPSO-style questions with step-by-step corrections, 6 theory sheets, a built-in tutor for when a correction does not click, and timed mock papers from week 5.

It is not a video course and not a PDF: it is a programme that unfolds day by day and remembers where you are.

Which language is the training content in?

The paid programme is currently in French — question wording, step-by-step corrections, theory sheets and tutor. An English edition is in preparation. The numerical and abstract reasoning guides on this site are free and in English.

The methods taught — cross-multiplication, estimation, pattern families — apply to every language version of the competition, but you need to read French comfortably to get value from the programme today.

Does it cover verbal reasoning?

No. Numerical and abstract reasoning only. Those two are marked against a combined threshold in many recent Notices of Competition, and they are the two that respond most reliably to method-based training — verbal reasoning depends far more on the language you sit it in.

Are these real past EPSO questions?

No — and nobody legitimately sells those. All 186 questions are original exercises written in the style and at the difficulty of the official format. EPSO Turbo is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by EPSO or the EU institutions.

How long do I have access?

Until 31 October 2026, which is after the October competition session. The programme is calibrated to be started by early September at the latest; after that you can still use it, but compressed.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes — that is its original form. The interface is designed for mobile and works just as well on a computer. Your key opens access on 3 devices, which comfortably covers a phone plus a laptop.

I've lost my access key

Go to the access page and click "I can't find my key": enter the email address used at purchase and it will be sent again.

Can I get a refund?

This is digital content delivered immediately. By completing the purchase you request its immediate performance and thereby waive the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

That said: if the access does not work for you, write to me and we either fix it or I refund you.

The competition date isn't going to move.

Every week that passes is a week of programme you no longer have. You may as well start today.
